The house also has a covered and uncovered terrace with a total area of 13m2. The front part of the house with a covered terrace is completely glazed with double doors, the back side has wooden cladding and 2 windows. One larger window to the living area and the other smaller one to the bathroom. The second house without a covered terrace has only the lower part glazed with double doors and the back side also has wooden cladding and 2 windows. The house does not have any other windows in the standard version. However, the construction and modularity of the house allows, if the customer requests, to install 1-8 roof windows and also 1-4 large side windows to the ground with the possibility of opening, depending on the overall layout. The houses are interconnected in two places by doors. The variability of the frame structure also allows working with the possible length of the houses in steps of 1.2 m. As a custom request, we can therefore deliver a house longer than the standard models offered and prepare an individual calculation for the required length.
