Frame wooden house with a metal roof with a built-up area of 31.5 m2. The interior space is divided into a lower living area of 24.5 m2 and a 12 m2 loft serving primarily as a bedroom. The house also has a covered terrace of 7 m2. The front part of the house is completely glazed with double doors, the back side has wooden cladding and 2 windows. One larger window to the living area and the other smaller to the bathroom. The house does not have other windows in the standard version. However, the construction and modularity of the house allows, if the customer requests, to install 1-4 roof windows and also 1-3 large side windows down to the ground with the possibility of opening. The variability of the frame structure also allows us to work with the possible length of the house in steps of 1.2 m. As a custom request, we can therefore deliver a house longer than the standard models offered. An example is the basic Barn House type, which is 1.2m longer in the living area than the Barn Light. If this is not enough, we can prepare an individual calculation for the required length.
